Reference Number 0000327692 The Town of Collbran is soliciting competitive sealed proposals from qualified Design/Build firms to design and construct a Carrier Neutral and Wireless Communication Tower in support of the Town of Collbran's Middle Mile Broadband project at the Town's Gandi Park, located at 5800 Peninsula Road, Collbran, Colorado. Job Collbran, Colorado Any questions about the terms and conditions of this RFP, or any addendum or attachment hereto, shall be submitted via website by 3:00 P.M. on Tuesday, August 29, 2023. Inquiries received after this date may not receive a response. The proposed initial term of that contract is October 8, 2023 through December 31, 2024. It is anticipated that a Notice to Proceed will be issued on or around October 8, 2023. *The Town of Collbran reserves the right to waive any minor informality or irregularity in a timely PAYMENT AND PERFORMANCE BONDS. If this RFP is for the construction of a public work with a value of Fifty Thousand Dollars ($50,000.00) or more, then a payment bond at 100% of an offerors total cost is required as well as a performance bond at 100% of an offerors total cost.
