Enclosed is a competitive requirement set-aside for small businaesses, the Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment and travel necessary to design, erect, assemble and install OSHA compliant scaffolding on the East elevation of Marmion Row, roughly 120 feet long by 30 feet tall. There shall be at least two staircases or ladders for entry. A Pre-Award Site Visit is scheduled for 9 November 2022, beginning at 10:00 am ET.
