The scope of the project is as follows: CLEARING, GRUBBING, and GRADING of approximately 1 (one) acre of wooded land located adjacent to 1854 Willow Lake Road (Willow Lake Cemetery). The City of Fort Valley reserves the right to reject or accept any or all bids based on past performance and to waive technicalities and informalities and re-advertise. All Minority, Women and Small Businesses are strongly an encouraged to apply. Only responsive proposals that are determined to meet the requi ements and criteria set forth by the City of Fort Valley will be considered. A bid bond of 5% will need to be included at the time of bid submission. The successful bid will be awarded at the December 2022 meeting of Mayor and Council. All questions pertaining to the requirements of the Contract Documents and Technical Specifications, either procedural or technical, shall be in writing and are to be submitted to the City of FORT VALLEY; Attention: Vernon Kendrickv email at vkendrick@fortvalleyga.org Reference Questions received after 12:00 PM Noon EST on Friday, November 11, 2022
