The Springfield Water and Sewer Commission (hereafter; "SWSC" or the "Commission"), through its Chief Procurement Officer, is seeking bids from qualified Contractors/Vendors to establish a price agreement for Various Single-Jet Water Meters (and Replacement Registers for the same). The selected vendor will supply the SWSC on an as needed basis during the term of this agreement. The term of the Contract shall be for Three (3) Years. The amount of the contract will be for an amount not to exceed $450,000.00 per year. All questions must be made in writing and submitted via email to raemarie.walker@waterandsewer.org by 11/08/2022 at 4:00 P.M. in order to be considered. The Chief Procurement Officer/designee reserves the right to reject any and all proposals if it is in the best interest of the SWSC to do so.
