Description

Site work for a mixed-use development in Vancouver, British Columbia. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and sidewalk / parking lot.

The CVRD is soliciting proposals from qualified proponents to construct a roadside trail and parking lot and associated amenities at North Watts Road in Saltair and deactivate the existing informal parking area. Roadside Trail, Parking Lot and Amenities Construction of a 275 metre separated roadside pathway connecting existing trails at North Watts Road and Greenhill Drive; Construction of a painted pedestrian crosswalk on Chemainus Road, Skye Road, and Greenhill Drive; Construction of a gravel 33 vehicle parking area with additional parking for two buses; Installation of one CVRD standard portable toilet with wood surround; All infrastructure and landscaping to support the parking area; and, Removal of the current informal parking area including site remediation.
