21st Fl Library Square Office Refit to GC Workplace Guidelines requiring the following work be done: demolition & construction - flooring; partitions; cabinetry; reflected ceiling,(replace 20% ceiling tiles); electrical demolition & construction - power/data and coordination of Government Canada cabling Techs and 3rd party vendors; HVAC modifications to suit new partition layout; structural reinforcement for new operable wall, floor coring; and acoustical - sound attenuation upgrades as required.
