Enquiries Deadline 2025-11-20 2:00:00 PM Interested Suppliers are invited to submit a Response to this MULRFQ for the opportunity to be evaluated and added to the British Columbia Utilities Commission's (BCUC) list of Qualified Suppliers of pipeline integrity management services. The BCUC is seeking Qualified Suppliers to support its analysis of technical pipeline integrity related information submitted as part of current or future BCUC regulatory processes. Qualified Suppliers shall participate in BCUC regulatory review processes as a pipeline integrity management expert supporting BCUC Staff or as an independent expert participating in a regulatory proceeding. Interested Suppliers are invited to submit a Response to this MULRFQ for the opportunity to be evaluated and added to the British Columbia Utilities Commission's (BCUC) list of Qualified Suppliers of pipeline integrity management services. The BCUC is seeking Qualified Suppliers to support its analysis of technical pipeline integrity related information submitted as part of current or future BCUC regulatory processes. Qualified Suppliers shall participate in BCUC regulatory review processes as a pipeline integrity management expert supporting BCUC Staff or as an independent expert participating in a regulatory proceeding. Staff support or proceeding participation may include: o Reviewing pipeline integrity-related filings before the BCUC; o Supporting development of BCUC information requests to applicants; o Submitting evidence in a proceeding for review by other parties; o Reviewing applicant responses to BCUC and intervener information requests; and o Review of applicant final arguments. The Proponent should have experience with oil and natural gas pipeline integrity management, as well as experience with regulatory proceedings. The BCUC acknowledges that there are many areas of specialty within the field of pipeline integrity management; the purpose of this RFQ is to establish a list of qualified suppliers that could address some or all aspects of pipeline integrity management which may arise during BCUC regulatory processes. Further detail regarding the Services expected of Qualified Suppliers is described in section 5 and in Appendix A. The Method of Contractor Selection has not been determined at this time.
