The Wyoming Department of Corrections is requesting bids for as-needed minor electrical repairs, servicing, maintenance, diagnosing, inspecting, and/or certifying to be conducted by properly certified and licensed (if required) persons. Note, before any actual work commences, a written proposal from the successful firm must be received and approved by WSP Staff in charge. This request anticipates the following services for two (2) years (through June 30, 2024) for the Wyoming State Penitentiary (WSP), located at 2900 South Higley Boulevard, Rawlins, Wyoming 82301, as specified below. Contract Period: Upon final required contract signature through June 30, 2024 Questions shall be submitted electronically by 2:00 p.m. (Mountain Time), on November 15, 2022. Questions submitted after the deadline may not be considered. The State of Wyoming reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive any informality or technical defect i n the bids, or to award the purchase order or contract in whole or in part, if deemed to be in the best interest of the State to do so. The A&I Procurement Office will award the purchase order or contract to the firm determined to have the most responsive and responsible proposal by the requesting agency. Multiple awards may result from any invitation to bid if deemed in the State's best interest.
