THE CITY OF RAWLINS, a Wyoming Municipal Corporation will receive sealed bids for the Purchase of Metal from the Rawlins Municipal Sanitary Landfill, Metal Disposal Site commencing on January 1st, 2023, and concluding on December 31st, 2024 The "bid form", general provisions, proposed agreement and W.S. Statute 15-1-113 are by reference made a part of the bidding documents and invitation to bid. The city reserves the right to waive any and all informalities of any bid. The city reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to accept deviations from the specifications and to waive any formality or technicality in the bidding which in its sole and absolute judgment and discretion, shall under all circumstances, best serve the city's interests. The City may require up to 30 days after the opening of the bids for acceptance of the winning bid. This project requires a Two Hundred Fifty Dollar ($250.00) payment bid bond with submitted bid.
