Site work for a water / sewer project in Bowie, Maryland. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The City of Bowie, Maryland requests sealed bids from experienced contractors for the rehabilitation of cast iron pipe water mains using Class IV structural cured-in-place pipe lining in the Kenilworth neighborhood of the City. The services shall be performed in accordance with the technical specifications, plans and bid documents. The Contractor is required to use its best efforts to comply with the City of Bowie Community Workforce Compliance Agreement. A bid security in the amount of 5% of the total bid amount shall accompany the bid. All questions or requests for clarifications regarding this Invitation for Bids shall be submitted by email to Jackie Tayman at jtayman@cityofbowie.org. The deadline for inquiries is 11am on Wednesday, November 16, 2022. Written responses to all questions and/or requests for clarifications will be issued no later than Wednesday, November 23, 2022 to all those who request the RFP. The City encourages certified disadvantaged business entities to submit a bid.
