Project Name: SR 61 - 13th Wes Project (TRACS) Number: F0577 01D District: Northeast Route/MP: US 180, MP 363.95 to MP 367.59 Funding Source: STBGP Construction Funding FY: FY 2025 This pavement rehabilitation project is on US 180 between MP 363.95 to 367.59. US 180 is a rural minor arterial with 1 lane in each direction and is not on the National Highway System. The scope of work consists of milling 2.5 inches of existing asphaltic concrete on the travel lanes and shoulders and replacing with 5 inches of asphaltic concrete with a full width chip seal. Additional work includes upgrading guardrail to current standards; turnout improvements; a methacrylate deck seal for the Big Hollow Wash Bridge (Structure #1864); extending one 66 inch corrugated metal pipe and replacing the headwalls, replacing pipe flared end sections; replacing 4 sidewalk ramps and 3 concrete driveways to meet ADA criteria; one permanent speed and traffic classifier; one volume count loop; rumble strips; maintenance and protection of traffic; and associated signing and pavement marking improvements. ADOT Pre-design prepared a scoping document which will be shared with the selected consultant. Consultant shall prepare Stage III, IV, and PS&E submittals. ADOT Pavement Design will provide the Materials Design Report and Pavement Design Summary. Additional items in the scope are as follows: - Conduct field survey and review record drawings in addition to other available data - Perform standard tasks and documentation necessary for ADOT to issue Environmental, Right-of-Way, & Utility Clearances - Secure NEPA approval - Evaluate the need for any Temporary Construction Easements - Assist ADOT Communications staff with technical information required for keeping the public informed - All administrative tasks including coordinating meetings, schedule updates, and comment responses Questions, in Writing, Shall Be Received by Ecs at the Below Email Address Until 3 Business Days Before Soi Due Date at 2:00 P.m.
