Demolition, site work, paving and asbestos abatement for a mixed-use development in Winslow, Arizona. Completed plans call for the demolition of a medical facility; for site work for a medical facility; for asbestos abatement for a medical facility; sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
The new Dilkon Medical Center (DMC) opened on August 07, 2023 in Dilkon, AZ and several services currently offered at the main WIHCC Campus in Winslow (Reference Attachment B for locations) and the Dilkon Dental Satellite Clinic Campus (Reference Attachment C for locations) in Dilkon moved to the new DMC. Three (3) obsolete buildings on the main WIHCC Campus in Winslow and three (3) obsolete buildings at the Dilkon Dental Satellite Clinic Campus have been jointly identified by the Indian Health Service (IHS) and the WIHCC for demolition. Four (4) existing buildings are to be abated only and retained by WIHCC for continued use. ESTIMATED OF CONSTRUCTION (APR 1985) (FAR 36.204): The estimated of construction is between $1,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.00. The period for this contract is 270 calendar days from issuance of the Notice to Proceed (NTP). TERO is not applicable. This project is being solicited as 100% Small Business Set-Aside *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
