Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Kingston, Ontario. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; bridge / tunnel; sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
In general terms, the purpose of this procurement is to select a qualified contractor which provides the best value for the money to provide all construction and related services required for improvements to Bert Meunier Common West Park located at 739 Augusta Drive in the City of Kingston. The Corporation requests Bids for the following work on the Project (the Work), as more fully described in the documents indicated in IB.5: (a) Asphalt Pathway (b) Concrete Paving (c) Basketball Court with acrylic surfacing (d) Seeding and Sodding (e) Civil improvements (i.e. grading, culverts) Question Deadline: 11/14/2022 03:00:00 PM ET award is subject to final approval.
