Site work and paving for a bridge / tunnel in Orangeville, Ontario. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; and for paving for a bridge / tunnel.
The Town of Orangeville is looking to replace one of the many trail bridge crossings in town. The current bridge has a span of approximately 20 feet and a width of eight (8) feet. This is an all season use bridge with a required maximum load weight of 13000 LBS weight which must provide weight barring for winter snow removal and summer small utility vehicles use. All work must be completed with local and Provincial Codes, set out in the Canadian Highway Bridge Design Code and the most current accepted engineering standards, guidelines, procedures, and practices. O. Reg. 472/10 - Design and supply with installation of an engineered bridge. - Inspect current bridge to confirm measurements. - Inspect current foundation to meet the needs of the new supplied bridge. - Arrange for locates as required. - Complete any re-instatement due to any damage at the work site. - No instream work to be performed.
