The City of Cameron is accepting proposals for janitorial services for City Hall and the Public Safety Building The undersigned, as bidder, declares that he/she is familiar with the requirements of the specifications, and if this proposal is accepted, to furnish cleaning services for a three-year term, beginning December 1, 2022. The contract shall be for a term of three years with the option to renew the agreement for two additional three-year terms. The City of Cameron reserves the right to cancel the contract for any reason upon providing a thirty (30) day written notice to the Contractor. The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to negotiate with any bidder or third party to obtain the best pricing and services.
