A. The work covered by these contract documents comprises the construction of the City of Kountze - Hurricane Harvey CDBG-DR Improvements GLO Contract No. 20-065-152-C921 Wastewater Collection Rehabilitation. In general terms, the following items are included: 1. Rehabilitation of approximately 5,200 linear feet of wastewater collection system by pipe bursting; 2. Manhole replacement 3. Service line reconnects; 4. Associated appurtenances in accordance with the Plans and Specifications B. The scope of work to be completed is defined by the Plans and these Specifications. In general terms the work consists of furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, tools and related items as required to complete the Project 120 Substantial Completion Liquidated Damages: $1,000.00 / Calendar Day Please submit questions for this project 72 hours prior to bid openin Rehabilitate approximately 5,200 LF of wastewater collection system by pipe bursting including manhole replacement, service line reconnects, and other miscellaneous wastewater collection improvements
