California Uniform Public Construction Cost Accounting Act Covina-Valley Unified School District, in accordance with Public Contract Code 22034, invites all licensed contractors who are willing to perform public works construction and/or repair projects to submit information for inclusion on the District's list of qualified bidders Contractor name, contact name and address o Telephone number where contractor may be contacted o Facsimile number where contractor may be contacted o E-mail address to where bid notices should be sent o Type of work that contractor is interested and currently licensed to perform o Class of contractor's license(s) held o Contractor's license number(s) for each type of work o DIR Registration number In addition to registering with the District, all General Contractors (A and B), Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing Contractors need to complete the prequalification application to be eligible to work on projects in excess of $1 million dollars.
