Modernization of existing Building 800: The work includes a new Culinary Food Classroom, Art, Graphic Design, Photo Lab, Ceramics, Black Box Theater, and a Dance Studio. Quad Modernization: The work consists of demolishing the existing Quad: New work consists of pavement, platform, site seating and surrounding planter boxes and electrical infrastructure for future power and lighting work.
