The Orange County Transportation Authority (Authority) invites proposals from qualified consultants to provide support and maintenance of the Authority's Lenel and Milestone security systems The budget for this project is $82,000 for a one (1)-year term. All questions must be put in writing and received via e-mail at yguzman@octa.net no later than 2:00 p.m., on November 16, 2022. Requests for clarifications, questions and comments must be clearly labeled, "Written Questions RFP 2-2893" in the subject line of the e-mail. The Authority is not responsible for failure to respond to a request that has not been labeled as such. Responses from the Authority will be posted no later than November 17, 2022. Please note that by submitting a Proposal, Offeror certifies that it is not subject to any Ukraine/Russia-related economic sanctions imposed by the State of California or the United States Government including, but not limited to, Presidential Executive Order Nos. 13660, 13661, 13662, 13685, and 14065. Any individual or entity that is the subject of any Ukraine/Russia-related economic sanction is not eligible to submit a Proposal. In submitting a Proposal, all Offerors agree to comply with all economic sanctions imposed by the State or U.S. Government. The Authority reserves the right to accept or reject any and all proposals, or any item or part thereof, or to waive any informalities or irregularities in proposals.
