CITY OF ANAHEIM NO. RCP2022-19644 CITY OF ORANGE NO. SP-4026 ORANGE COUNTY PUBLIC WORKS NO. FE22-0033 This Project will rehabilitate approximately 550-foot long Olive Sub-Trunk Siphon at the Santa Ana River on Katella Ave in the Cities of Orange and Anaheim, California. The Project will remove and replace approximately 50 feet of 24-inch ductile iron pipe and slip-line line the entire siphon with 18-inch HDPE. The Project will also replace the upstream manhole with a polymer concrete manhole, rehabilitate the downstream manhole, and install a 16-inch FRP air jumper encased within a 20-inch stainless steel casing on the Katella Avenue bridge across the Santa Ana River.
