Renovation of a water / sewer project in Lynchburg, Virginia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
The purpose of this Invitation for Bid (IFB) is obtain the equipment required for the construction phase of the College Hill Water Treatment Plant Mixer Replacement in the summer of 2023. The City understands that there is a 30+ week lead time for the manufacturing of this specialized equipment. The equipment procured under this Contract from the Manufacturer, will be installed as Owner Furnished, Contractor Installed (OFCI) materials as part of the mixer replacement project.
