Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Florence, Colorado. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
2023 Phase 1 Sidewalk Replacement. The City of Florence will accept sealed bids for the following general scope of work for completion within ninety (90) calendar days after Notice To Proceed. No bid bond is required. 100% performance and payment bonds are required. Written proof of ability to provide 100% performance and payment bonds must accompany the bid. This project will re-construct sidewalks at various commercial property addresses along West Main and West Front Streets, The City will remove and dispose of existing sidewalk sections and 6-inches of existing soil or base material. The Contractor will compact existing sub-base soil; Provide, install, and compact at least 6-inches of base aggregate to restore the original base grade elevation; and Provide, place, and finish at least 4-inches of new concrete sidewalk to match top of adjacent slabs.
