This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Federal Correctional Complex (FCC) located at 5880 State Highway 67 S Florence, Colorado intends to award a Purchase Order for the provision of all necessary labor, materials, equipment and incidentals to perform Fire Suppression Inspection Services in accordance with the attached statement of work. This solicitation is being issued under request for quotation (RFQ) # 15B40623Q00000002. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses attached and mentioned below are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2022-08 effective 10/28/2022. Quote should include line-item pricing as follows: Line Item 1: Annual Inspection of Fire Suppression Systems IAW the SOW. Line Item 2: Quarterly Testing and Inspection IAW the SOW Line Item 3: Semi Annual Fire Suppression Inspection IAW the SOW The North American Industrial Classification (NAICS) code is 541350, with a Set Aside to Small Businesses with a size standard not greater than $10 million. In accordance with FAR 52.204-7 and FAR 52.204-12, all contractors doing business with the Federal Government must be registered in the System with Management Award (SAM) database. The website for registration is www.sam.gov. The provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial Products and Commercial Services, applies to this acquisition. Contractors who have not completed the Offeror Representations and Certifications in SAM.gov will include a completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Products and Commercial Services, with its quote. Quotes shall be received on or before the deadline of December 1st, 2022 no later than 12:00 MST. Quotes shall be submitted electronically via email to bdelao@bop.gov and bnavarette@bop.gov in pdf format only and will be deemed received at the time as indicated on the email notification. Faxed and hand delivered quotes will not be accepted. Quotes received after the quote deadline will be handled in accordance with FAR 52.212-1(f) which states late submissions, modifications, revisions, and withdrawals of offers. (1) Offerors are responsible for submitting quotes, and any modifications, revisions, or withdrawals, so as to reach the Government office designated in the solicitation by the time specified in this solicitation. Faith-Based and Community-Based Organizations can submit offers/bids/quotations equally with other organizations for contracts for which they are eligible.
