The Project Includes Replacing the Generator, Adding a Temporary Generator Connection, and Adding a New Concrete Base for the New Generator Within the Forth Ethan Allen Pump Station Buidling. Arlington County reserves the right to reject any and all bids, cancel this solicitation, and waive any informalities or irregularities as defined in the Arlington County Purchasing Resolution Bid Surety in the amount of 5% of the bid must be submitted with the bid. Performance and Payment Bonds in the amount of 100% of the award will be required of the successful bidder. The site visit will follow guidelines regarding social distancing.
