3.Scope of Work Proposals are invited custodial services for our South Street Office building. This location consists of four floors with a total area of approximately 38,700 square feet (Schedule D). o After hours cleaning which start no earlier than 5:00PM. See Service Standard requirements in Schedule A. o Daytime cleaning. See Service Standard requirements in Schedule A. o Nightly removal of all garbage and recycling. o Inspecting the premises for cleanliness at least weekly (by Supervisor). o Supervisor accompanying a WCB designate on a regular scheduled inspection on-site at least monthly. Random inspections will also take place. o Promptly addressing any and all deficiencies noted in any inspection within 7business days and provide written confirmation to the WCB designate via email that all items have been addressed. o Provide all cleaning supplies and equipment (included in cost per month) to suit WCB's low-scent environment. o Provide after-hours phone numbers for Supervisor contact at any time.
