Proof of applicable liability and workers compensation insurances will be required prior to the acceptance of submitted proposals. Please submit a monthly bid with individual amounts for each City property. The bid is for weekly lawn mowing (unless otherwise noted) and trimming as needed (at least bi-weekly). Submit a price for the monthly cost to mow and trim each of the following city properties. Contract term will be April 1 - October 15 each year (6 months per year), subject to weather or need, and will run for a three (3) year period. Service providers will be required to provide some flexibility of dates and times to work around watering and recreation schedules. a. Centennial Park Baseball Fields (grass must be bagged and removed) b. Centennial Park / Skate Park Area c. Wellness Center Lawn (area inside pool fence not included) d. South Park e. Central Park f. Visitor Center & Park g. Police Station h. City Office i. Walter C Lyman Park (mowed twice per month - brush mower) .
