Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Oconomowoc, Wisconsin. Conceptual plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; and for paving for a playground / park / athletic field.

The City of Oconomowoc is requesting engineering proposals for the design & bidding of street maintenance projects. Work to include design & specifications for the reconstruction of 1,400LF to include curb, gutter, sidewalk, storm sewer, subgrade & asphalt surface; pulverize & overlay of 7,400LF with 3,200LF of 8 water main replacement (includes all laterals, hydrants & valves); sanitary sewer spot repairs; cure-inplace-pipe; spot replacement of curb, gutter, storm sewer, sidewalk & terrace; incorporating previously completed designs into the final bidding documents; 1600LF of 6 bike path replacement & a park basketball court. Final product will be complete bidding documents, including application & obtaining all necessary Wis Dept of Natural Resource permits. The City reserves the right to select any firms proposal it deems the most advantageous & serves in the best interest of the City. The firm selected for the engineering portion of the work will not be allowed to submit a proposal for the construction management portion. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time.
