For manufactured winter sand for the 2023 winter seasons. The Town of Charlestown is soliciting proposals for approximately 3,000 tons of manufactured winter sand. Proposal to include both unit prices per ton delivered and FOB price per ton, a certificate of insurance, naming the Town of Charlestown as additionally insured, covering general liability, auto liability, and workers compensation coverage. Please call Keith Weed at (603-826-4421) if you have additional questions. The winning bid shall have 5 business days to provide a product sample to be tested for specification conformance. Failure to provide conforming product sample will result in rejection of the bid and another bid will be chosen. The Town of Charlestown reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to accept the proposal determined to be in the Towns best interest.
