Fortis Construction is seeking proposals for the University of Oregon (UO) Hamilton Walton Transformation Project (HWTP), Phase 3 Hamilton Open Space. The project is owned by UO and located on the corner of 13th and Agate, in Eugene, OR. Fortis is the Construction Manager / General Contractor for the University of Oregon (UO). This bid package includes all scopes of work for this phase, with the exception of abatement.
