Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Eugene, Oregon. Conceptual plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
As of October 31, 2022, a design team has not been identified and construction is scheduled for 2023. *The previous solicitation is listed below for reference. This Ward 1 project will rehabilitate 8th Avenue from Monroe Street to Garfield Street. The work will include evaluation of the existing roadway structure and may include a variety of rehabilitation or reconstruction techniques. Sidewalk ramps will be upgraded within the project limits. The full scope of the project has yet to be determined and will be further refined during project plan development. Project is included City of Eugene - Finance Fy 2023 Budget CIP.
