EWEB requests proposals from manufactured homes companies interested in providing two new, move-in-ready manufactured homes, to be delivered the project site. BACKGROUND OBJECTIVES The Eugene Water & Electric Board (EWEB) requests quotes (Quotes) for the furnishing of the labor, materials, and equipmentfor manufacturing,transportation, delivery,set-up, and cleaning oftwo new, movein ready manufactured homes to the project site, as required in the solicitation documents for this project. Manufactured homes shall meet all applicable building codes, specialty building codes, and requirements of the local municipality. Site preparation shall be completed by Owner or Site Contractor under separate contract. Site preparation includes concrete strip runner foundation and backfill, tie-downs, skirting, under-floor hook-ups for sanitary sewer, domestic water, and electric, gutters and downspouts, and concrete sidewalk.
