By obtaining the Contract Documents, company agrees to allow company information (company name, address, phone and fax numbers) to be published as a registered planholder. The Owner is not obligated to consider a Bidder's proposal if Bidder is not on record with the Issuing Office as having received a complete set of Bidding Documents from the Issuing Office. All Bids must be made out on the bid form to be obtained from the Owner with the contract documents. No interlineations, additions or deletions shall be made in the bid form by the Bidder. The Owner will in no way be liable for any costs incurred by any Bidder in the preparation of its Bid in response to this Advertisement for Bid. All Bids will remain subject to acceptance for sixty (60) days after the day of the Bid opening, but the Owner may, in its sole discretion, release any Bid prior to that date.
