Site work and paving for a civil project in Marietta, Georgia. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
The work to be done consists of furnishing all materials, labor, tools, skills, equipment, and incidentals for the construction of the aforementioned project. The approximate principal items for construction are: Polk Street at Mountain View Road Intersection Improvement Project Bids received after the designated time will not be considered. All questions concerning the project shall be addressed via e-mail to Shelly Drewry at sdrewry@mariettaga.gov. Questions will not be responded to after Wednesday, October 19th, 2022 at 5 PM. Answers will be provided and shared with all bidders. One contract will be awarded covering all the work, and the time for completion shall be 270 calendar days for the base bid items. Due consideration will be made with respect to the time charged to the project based on weather issues.
