Instead of replacing it for the same purpose, the need for oce space is more pressing. The proposed project includes constructing a 3100- square-foot building consisting of oce space, restrooms, locker rooms, a break room, a reception area, and a conference room. The maintenance equipment will be stored in an adjacent building with enough space to accommodate its needs. As such, this proposed project consists of constructing a building to facilitate office space, restroom and locker room, break room, reception area and conference room. The maintenance equipment is currently be stored in an adjacent building that has sufficient space to facilitate these needs adequately.
