Fueling Station at the Transportation Building As of January 23, 2023 bids were rejected on this project. The Whitehall Coplay School District will receive separate sealed bids, for the below mentioned Projects, in the form of single prime lump sum contracts. The Projects are subject to the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act, as amended, 43 P.S. 165-1 et seq., and reference is made to the prevailing minimum wage rates applicable to each Project as promulgated by the Secretary of Labor and Industry Bidders must supply the following information with their request for documents: which Project you are bidding, company name, contact person, complete address, phone and fax numbers, and email address questions received as of November 15, 2022.
