2022 Mt. Zion Elementary School Underground Storage Tank. The purpose of this request is to provide interested Vendors with sufficient information to enable them to submit a uniform proposal for the Carroll County School District's review for Mt. Zion Elementary School Gasoline UST (hereafter called "project") and to set forth a systematic method to generate responses to be equally evaluated by the Carroll County School District. The CCSD will not be responsible for late mail deliveries and no proposal will be accepted if received after the time stipulated by this RFP. No proposal may be withdrawn or modified in any way after the deadline for RFP opening. FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH THE ABOVE INSTRUCTIONS WILL DISQUALIFY THE PROPOSAL. Vendor is instructed to carefully read all terms, conditions, and specifications as set forth in the RFP. Proposal forms must be completed in their entirety. Responses must be either typed or written in ink. Any correction made on any proposal form (white out or strike through) must be initialed by an authorized representative of the company submitting the RFP or the proposal will be rejected by CCSD.
