Unit price Bids for items needed for various small to medium sized projects identified by Public Works and other City of Lakewood departments but not associated with a larger capital improvem,ent project primarily sidewalk repair/replacement and asphalt patching. Unit prices will be used to estimate and execute individual work/task orders throughout the year for identified work by the Public Works Department or other Departments within the City that may need such services. The initial contract will be for 1 year with the option for 1 additional year if both parties agree to adhere to the unit prices from the original bid plus a mutually agreed upon inflation factor. ADA Curb Ramps, Concrete/Formed/Flatwork/Foundation, Concrete Repair , Asphalt Overlay, Rehab. and/or Maint.
