Renovation of a municipal facility in Hanover, Virginia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 127,000-square-foot municipal facility.
The intent of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to establish a contract through competitive negotiations with a qualified firm for a turn-key solution to furnish, install and integrate a fully functional audio visual system, including training for a conference/meeting room space located at 7240 Courtland Farm Road, Hanover, VA 23069. Offerors may include several options in their proposal. All inquiries for information should be directed to: Sandy Humerickhouse, (804) 365-6104 or sshumerickhouse@hanovercounty.gov and must be received no later than five (5) working days before the due date. The County further reserves the right to reject any proposal if the evidence submitted by, or investigations of, such Offeror fails to satisfy the County that such Offeror is properly qualified to carry out the obligations of the contract and to provide the services and/or furnish the goods contemplated therein.
