Janitorial services shall be provided two (2) days per week, Monday and Thursday to be scheduled during normal business hours of 8:15 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. The office space consists of approximately 8,000 square feet including: five (5) single use bathrooms, three (3) conference rooms, one (1) breakroom/kitchenette, one (1) file/mail room, two (2) large storage areas in addition to a janitor's closet, seven (7) offices, seven (7) client interview rooms, nine (9) cubicles, one (1) electrical maintenance closet, one (1) VCIN Terminal room, one (1) LiveScan Room and one (1) Lobby/Waiting area. These spaces are approximate. A full floor plan of the building is attached for review. The contractor shall provide all cleaning supplies, paper products, toilet tissue, hand towels, trash can liners, soap, disinfectant, brooms, mops, vacuum cleaners, cleaning cloths, carpet cleaning machine, floor buffer and other equipment and/or supplies required to provide the services as detailed in the Scope of Work. 2. The Contractor shall provide a copy of the Scope of Work to all personnel assigned to provide the services in order to assure quality performance. 3. The Contractor or their designee shall meet with the Purchasing Agency's Contract Administrator quarterly, at a minimum, to review the Contract and any compliance issues.
