Renovation of a transportation facility in Morrisville, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a transportation facility.

The Federal Aviation Administration utilizes the Acquisition Management System (AMS) in place of the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR). This is a Request for Proposal for the RDU HVAC and Fire Alarm Replacement requirement located in Raleigh, NC. The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, and equipment necessary for the RDU HVAC and Fire Alarm Replacement requirement. The FAA anticipates an award of a Firm-Fixed-Price contract type for this requirement. The project size for this requirement is estimated to be between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. This requirement is a total small business set aside. THE NORTH AMERICAN INDUSTRY CLASSIFICATION SYSTEM SIZE STANDARDS (NAICS) FOR THIS REQUIREMENT IS 238220 - Plumbing, Heating and Air-Conditioning Contractors and the size standard for the NAICS code is $16.5M. IN ORDER TO DO BUSINESS WITH THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT YOU MUST BE REGISTERED IN THE SYSTEM FOR AWARD MANAGEMENT (SAM). SEE AMS CLAUSE 3.3.1-33 "SYSTEM FOR AWARD MANAGEMENT" (JULY2018).
