Renovation of an educational facility in Ste-Anne-du-Ruisseau, Nova Scotia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
In general, the project includes the following components: 1. Installation of a WEB based, non-proprietary Building Automation System. The system is to provide complete control of the air handling systems, all ventilation fans as well as all local thermostats. a. Remote access for CSAP staff as well as system training 2. Installation of variable speed drives on both AHU's 3. Full preventative maintenance of all aspects of the AHU's and ventilation fans to ensure fully functional. a. In the event motor(s) or bearings require replacement, this will be considered an additional cost 4. Facility wide air balancing 5. Comprehensive & fully integrated, facility wide commissioning, including functionality and performance testing.
