Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Comstock Park, Michigan. Conceptual plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.

For Engineering Services for a 5 foot wide approximately 800 feet of new Sidewalk Construction along the South side of 4 Mile Road in the City of Walker between Cordes Ave NW and Alpine Ave NW. No HMA pathways are being considered. This project will likely require a single lane closure on East bound 4 Mile Rd. 4 Mile Rd has 5 lanes of traffic in this area so it would be a minor lane closure that shouldnt require a detour. The awarded entity will be required to obtain permits for this project. This award will be funded by Kent County Community Development Block Grant (CDBG). The solicitation will be awarded to the responsible bidder whose bid, conforming with all the material terms and conditions of the solicitation, is the lowest price. Kent County reserves the right to reject any proposed edit or counteroffer. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
