Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Austin, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; water / sewer project; road / highway; and road / highway.
The Contractor shall perform a full reconstruction of Comanche Street from North Alameda Street to North Alameda Street, approximately two thousand six hundred (2,600) linear feet. In addition to the pavement improvements wastewater pipe bursting, water line, sidewalk, curb and gutter, ADA curb ramps, storm water and driveway improvements will be included. The Project will be coordinated and approved by the City of Corpus Christi's Engineering Services Department. Bidders are advised to refer to Request for Bids Section 5 of the bidding documents for a list of required bid submittals. Failure to submit or upload all required documents may result in an irregular or non-responsive bid submittal. QA Expiration Date has changed from nothing to 9/14/2023 2:00:00 PM CST September 20, 2023 Responses to Requests for Clarification will be posted via Addendum November 2023 Projected Date Award of Contract December 2023 Anticipated Notice to Proceed
