Balfour Beatty is soliciting proposals for the PMA Coffee Shop project (Capitol Project 873052) for The University of Texas at Austin. PROJECT LOCATION: 2515 Speedway, Austin, TX 78705 This project consists of an interior renovation of an existing lobby within the Physics, Mathematics, & Astronomy building. The project includes the removal of interior walls, ceilings, and flooring. The new work will include new food service equipment with MEP requirements along with new finishes, partitions, millwork, ceiling elements, and side folding security gate to facilitate a new coffee concept.
