Saving Project...

Site work for a water / sewer project in Riverside-Albert, New Brunswick. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.

Each Bid shall be accompanied by a Bid Bond in the amount of ten (10) percent of the Bid Price, or a Certified Cheque or Bank Draft in the amount of ten (10) percent of the Bid Price, payable to the Village of Riverside-Albert. The successful Bidder will be required to provide, in conformance with the Construction Remedies Act, a Performance Bond and a Labor and Materials Payment Bond, each in the amount of fifty (50) percent of the value of the Contract, or a ten (10) percent Certified Cheque upon award of contract. Work under this Contract includes supply of all labor, materials, equipment, and incidentals necessary for the Watermain System Upgrades Project located in Riverside-Albert, NB which generally includes watermain renewals and the installation of new 100mm watermain pipe by trenching and directional drilling methods, related infrastructure work, and restoration. Work is to be carried out on Forestdale Road, Route 114, Water Street and at the water storage tank site in the Village of Riverside-Albert, NB.
