Renovation of a museum in Greenbush, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 1,600-square-foot, two-story above grade museum.
In general, the work consists of: Historically sensitive remodel/renovation of the existing Robinson House, a historic 2-story wood framed structure with an approximately 1,600 sq ft footprint. Project includes the restoration or replacement of existing exterior materials and trim including doors and windows; upgrades to building structure and framing; roof replacement; and masonry repairs. Scope of architectural work includes specifications for the building structure, windows and doors, exterior wall and roof finishes; exterior doors, wood stairs and railings, and a limited number of interior finishes. Base Bid will be received for: A single lump sum bid for All Work. Bid Guarantee in the amount of 10% of the Bid must accompany each bid submitted. Contract offer and construction phase records will be processed electronically via eBuilder. All potential bidders must be certified by DOA prior to submitting bids on state construction projects over $100,000. All bids received from contractors who are not certified will be rejected.
