Site work and remodeling of a mixed-use development in Greenbush, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; for the remodel of a museum; and municipal facility.
*The closed solicitation has been included below for reference: In general, the work consists of: upgrading the MEP systems in the building. All plumbing is currently abandoned with supply and drain lines either capped or covered in concrete. A new well will be installed to reestablish water service and a new sanitary sewer connection will be installed. The currently abandoned men's and women's restrooms will be converted into two single stall ADA restrooms. New floor drains will be installed in the garage bays and a new utility sink with floor drain will be installed in the space that is an abandoned kitchen. There will be various electrical and mechanical upgrades, primarily for the maintenance room and ADA restrooms. The 2017-2019 Wisconsin State Budget (2017 Wisconsin Act 59) repealed Wisconsin's prevailing wage laws. Effective September 23, 2017, state prevailing wage requirements on state building projects no longer apply. These changes take effect for projects advertised for bid after September 23, 2017. This change does not affect the Federal Davis Bacon Act requirements.
