John & Lavinia Rockwell Park-Phase 2 Construction Project consists of the following in approx quantities indicated: 770 LF Silt Fence; 1 LS Site Removals; 1 LS Salvage, Stockpile, Respread Topsoil; 465 TN Base Aggregate Dense 3/4" & 1-1/4"; 200 LF Concrete Curb & Gutter 18"; 10250 SF Concrete Pavement & Sidewalk; 1 LS Concrete Retaining Wall; 165 LF Guardrail & Handrail; 1 LS Restroom Building (including plumbing, HVAC, electrical); 1 LS Sanitary Lateral Connection; 1 LS Water Service Connection; 120 LF Storm Drain Tile; & 4400 SY Site Restoration w/ Herbicide, Fertilizer, Seed & Matting. Bid security in the amount of 5% of the Bid must accompany each Bid in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. No pre-bid conference will be held.
