Description

Site work for a water / sewer project in Oconomowoc, Wisconsin. Conceptual plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.

As of April 7, 2025, this project has been cancelled. The City of Oconomowoc is requesting engineering proposals for the design and bidding of the Oconomowoc Industrial Park Wet Pond north of Armour Road. Work to include design and specifications for a wet pond that will serve as a water quality BMP approximately 1.4 acres in size. The final product will be complete bidding documents including application and obtaining all necessary permits. Project is being partially funded by the Urban Nonpoint Source and Storm Water (UNPS&SW) Program Construction Grant. The City of Oconomowoc reserves the right to select the firm's proposal it deems the most advantageous and serves in the best interest of the City. The firm selected for the engineering portion of the work will not be allowed to submit a proposal for the construction management portion.
