The District is seeking bids to select a contractor to provide new and unused network switches and wireless access points (sometimes collectively referred to herein as "Products" and may also be referred to individually as a "Product"), as more specifically set forth in the bid specifications, for the District for the E-Rate funding year 23 (July 1, 2023 - June 30, 2024). In addition to these Bid Documents, the District has posted a Form 470 to the Schools and Libraries Division of USAC's website to seek Universal Service "E-Rate" discounts for purchases sought by this Bid. The successful bidder will provide switches and wireless access points as requested from time to time by the District at the prices specified in the Bidder's bid proposal. In order to match the E-Rate year beginning July 1, 2023, the contract for the Products which the Contractor will provide will commence on July 1, 2023, and end on June 30, 2024, and will be for a one-year period. The District reserves the right to reject any or all bids or any part thereof and to waive any or all technicalities and irregularities. Any questions or request for interpretation of the Bid Documents must be submitted in writing by email to techbidsqa@ops.org and must be submitted by November 17, 2022, 2:00 P.M. (CT). Responses will be provided to all identified potential respondents, without indicating which Firm submitted the question. The communications requirements have been established by the District to ensure a fair and equitable process for all potential respondents. Any attempt to communicate or contact any Board Member, employee, or consultant of the District on any manner having to do with any aspect of this Bid may result in the disqualification of the Firm as a potential Contractor. The term of the Agreement with the successful bidder will commence on July 1, 2023 and will end on June 30, 2024.
